Bitcoin $93K Path Depends on Treasury Yield Cool-Down and Softening Inflation

A sharp collapse in Fed rate-hike odds from 64% to 23% has provided immediate structural support for Bitcoin. However, unlocking a rally toward $93,000 requires 10-year Treasury yields to ease alongside softer upcoming inflation data. Without sustained spot demand absorbing overhead supply, macro easing alone will only establish a temporary price floor.

A massive drop in Federal Reserve rate-hike expectations from 64% down to 23% has removed immediate sell pressure from the crypto market. The pivot in interest rate futures indicates institutional traders are pricing in monetary easing, effectively lowering the opportunity cost of holding non-yielding assets like Bitcoin.

However, macro expectations alone cannot push spot prices to the projected $93,000 target. Lower US Treasury yields remain the critical catalyst needed to trigger capital rotation out of risk-free money market yields and into digital assets. Softer inflation metrics in upcoming prints will be required to confirm that macroeconomic drag is truly fading.

If bond yields remain elevated despite shifting rate expectations, Bitcoin risks stalling in a tight consolidation range. Traders should monitor spot order-book depth and institutional ETF flows for physical buying confirmation before positioning for a macro-driven breakout.
