CZ Signals AI Capital Rotation to Crypto as River Models $840K Bitcoin Target
Binance founder Changpeng Zhao highlights speculative capital shifting from artificial intelligence back into digital assets. Meanwhile, research firm River projects Bitcoin could reach $840,000 as institutional advisors fix severely underweight allocations. However, Glassnode data shows BTC faces immediate overhead supply pressure between $83,000 and $86,000.
Speculative capital is beginning its rotation out of artificial intelligence trades and back into crypto markets, according to Binance founder Changpeng Zhao. While AI captured major hot-money flows over recent cycles, the fundamental financial layer beneath those trades remains firmly rooted in digital currency.
That capital shift coincides with fresh research from River, which outlines a multi-year case for Bitcoin reaching $840,000. Investment advisors currently hold just 0.008% of their assets in Bitcoin, despite Wall Street targets suggesting up to 7% allocations. River models that if advisors shift just 2% to 4% of their managed funds into BTC, net capital inflows could reach $5.3 trillion.
In the immediate term, Glassnode highlights heavy overhead supply sitting between $83,000 and $86,000. For Bitcoin to absorb that selling pressure and run toward long-term targets, returning hot money must first push past this key resistance zone.
