MicroStrategy has offloaded another 1,690 BTC for $108.6 million in its second consecutive week of net sales. The transaction executed at an average price of $64,262 per coin, locking in losses against its $75,385 overall acquisition cost.
All net proceeds funded buybacks of STRC preferred stock, which continues to trade below its $100 par value despite carrying a heavy 12% dividend yield. Concurrently, the firm issued over six million MSTR equity shares through its at-the-market program to bolster its USD reserve.
Executive chairman Michael Saylor is pivoting toward capital structure maintenance over raw coin accumulation under the Digital Credit Capital Framework. The aggressive shift builds a $4.65 billion cash buffer, turning the market's premier corporate treasury proxy into an actively managed financial structure.
