Triple-A Hot Wallets Drained of $9.7M Across Multiple Chains; Deposits Still Active

Payments firm Triple-A suffered a $9.7 million hot wallet drain across multiple chains. On-chain analysts report funds are still being siphoned from active deposit addresses. This incident highlights ongoing security vulnerabilities in the crypto payments sector.

Payments firm Triple-A suffered a significant hot wallet drain, losing over $9.7 million across multiple blockchains. Funds were siphoned from TRON, Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum, then swiftly bridged to Ethereum.

On-chain analysts flagged the ongoing nature of the exploit, reporting that deposit addresses remain active and new funds are still being drained. All stolen assets, totaling approximately 5,227 ETH, are now consolidated in a single wallet.

Triple-A has not yet addressed the incident, leaving users exposed. This breach adds to a troubling trend of recent crypto security failures, with other protocols like AFX Trade and Verus also facing multi-million dollar losses this month.
